专诸刺王僚 Zhuan Zhu Assassinating King Liao

This game is adapted from the true historical event of "Zhuan Zhu Assassinates King Liao."
Wu Zixu fled from the State of Yue to the State of Wu, where he was appointed as a minister. He wanted to use the military power of Wu to attack Yue and seek revenge for his family.

However, the King of Wu later went back on his word, abandoned this decision, and broke the pact he had made with Wu Zixu.

Prince Guang approached Wu Zixu, hoping Wu Zixu would help him seize the throne. He promised that after the deed was accomplished, he would help Wu Zixu get his revenge. The inheritance of the throne of Wu involved a series of very complex stories; Prince Guang had a claim to the throne and believed that he should be the King of Wu.

By chance, the two men encountered the protagonist, Zhuan Zhu. They admired his courage and integrity and hoped he could lend them a hand. After understanding the situation, and in order to fulfill his own sense of justice and repay their recognition and favor, Zhuan Zhu joined Wu Zixu and Prince Guang in their secret plot to assassinate King Liao of Wu.
An adventure story about revenge, loyalty, pacts, and upholding rightful order begins.

This is a side-scrolling action game where players will experience seven levels of gameplay, journeying from the wilderness to the city, from the surface to the underground, battling a variety of enemies—both humans and creatures from mythology.
The game also features several challenge modes, including Boss Rush and other unique trials.
At the start, Zhuan Zhu has limited abilities, but as the game progresses, players will acquire multiple skills to explore more areas or make combat more diverse.
Ultimately, Zhuan Zhu will accomplish his goal: assassinating the King of Wu, Liao. However, be warned—Liao will not simply wait for you to attack. He will fight back, so be careful not to fall short at the final step.
