THE HUNT STARTS LONG BEFORE THE SHOT
BULT is a hunting simulator where the shot is only one part of the hunt. Made by hunters, the game is grounded in knowledge gathered during real hunts in Yakutia.
Good aim isn't enough here. Choose your spot, set up your blind, place your decoys and pick the right call. Pay attention to the wind, weather, time of day, and how well you’re concealed. A flock may come straight in, change direction, or flare at the last second. It all depends on your preparation and the conditions around you.
BIRDS, NOT TARGETS
Waterfowl and upland birds in BULT are powered by Bayanay AI, named after the Yakut forest spirit and patron of hunters.
Birds do not follow a fixed route. Flocks actively search for feeding grounds, alter their flight paths, and respond dynamically to changing weather and player presence. Study their habits to know when to stay still, when to relocate, and when to lay off the call.
Watch. Listen. Adapt.

BLINDS, DECOYS AND CALLS
Load up with the right shotgun, shells, camo, and boat for the job. Pick a promising location, brush in your blind, and arrange your decoys to draw passing flocks into range. Good calling will turn heads, but it won't fix a bad setup.
Fieldcraft matters far more than fast reflexes.

LISTEN TO THE WILDS
Every bird vocalization in BULT was recorded in the field by the developers during real expeditions, not pulled from a stock sound library. Audio here isn't just for immersion: you can pinpoint a bird's direction and distance entirely by ear long before you spot it in the sky.
Just remember that birds have sharp ears, too. One careless splash or heavy step will give you away before the flock ever comes into view.
A WOUNDED BIRD WON'T WAIT
Distance, shot size, and lead all determine the outcome of your shot. Misjudge the range or rush your timing, and you risk missing clean—or worse, only wounding the bird. A crippled duck will dive, swim away, or vanish into thick reeds, forcing you to act fast to recover your harvest.

Explore misty marshes, sprawling lakeshores, and rugged hunting grounds inspired by the untamed nature of Yakutia. Dynamic weather and lighting constantly shift visibility, flight patterns, and shooting conditions.

NOT EVERY BIRD IS FAIR GAME
Several species in the region are strictly protected. Learn to identify birds on the wing before you take the shot: harvesting a protected species will cost you your hunter reputation.
