Fallen

We have all played as heroes embarking on grand quests and vanquishing monsters, but have you ever wondered what happens when heroes fall?
You are assigned to the Adventurer's Guild as an Investigator. When heroes don't return from quests, you are sent to find out what happened to them, and bring home the Fallen.

Let Heroes Fight
Investigators are not trained in combat, so you will have to rely on stealth, cunning and tools to make it back alive. Use magic to identify fallen heroes and determine if evil or divine magic, poison, or something else led to their downfall.

Tools of the Trade
You aren't defenseless in your mission! You have access to a variety of tools to help you stay alive from distracting your foes or blinding them to stopping them in their tracks. One well placed throw can mean the difference between escape and joining the Fallen.

Fill the Coffers
You will need to bring back more than just the Fallen. Grab their gear, and line your pockets with any shiny bits you find along the way. That guild equipment doesn't pay for itself!

Beware the Shadows
You aren't the only one searching.. Your enemies range from simple mindless undead to deadly hunters barely visible to mortal eyes and more. Learn their habits, avoid them if you can, and always watch your back.

Friends or Fodder?
Investigators don't have to travel alone, bring up to three of your friends to help you. Just make sure you can trust them... or outrun them!

Travel to Exotic Places
If you make it back alive, use your loot to get new perks to make missions easier, unlock new tools and replenish your stocks, or even upgrade your camp.
From the dark smuggler's paradise of the sewers to the muddy banks of the riverside docks, you will have to find where quests went wrong and heroes became the Fallen!
