Meet adorable and amazing alien creatures called Xenopals who need your help to set a good example. If you take good care of yourself in real life, they learn to take care of themselves in turn!
It's kind of like getting out of bed to take care of your cat even though you're not feeling it, but the cat is an alien robot and it just wants you to put time into that hobby you miss.

Each day, your Xenopals encourage you to stay well rounded, taking on different kinds of tasks like self-care, so you don't burn out and you're not just a productivity machine. Stay motivated and work toward your long term goals by taking small steps toward them right now in the present.

Motivation Monsters is a chill companion, aimed to encourage you without punishing you. Go at your own pace and never lose your streak or be penalized for having a bad day.
