You wake in a cave with no way back. An elf is trapped down there with you, and getting her out alive is the first thing Valmora asks of you.

Valmora is a third-person dark fantasy adult action RPG where combat, exploration, progression and desire belong to the same connected adventure. You play a character of your own making, man or woman, in a hostile fantasy world where survival, power and desire often collide.

BUILD YOUR CHARACTER

Create your protagonist and shape how they look and how they play. Develop attributes and skills, find or craft equipment, and prepare for what waits outside the village.

FIGHT YOUR WAY

Face enemies directly with melee weapons, keep your distance with a bow, or move quietly and strike from the shadows. Valmora gives you different ways to approach its encounters and develop your playstyle.

TAKE CONTRACTS

Progression in Valmora runs through the work you accept. Quests and contracts are taken in settlements and carried out beyond them, hunting dangerous creatures and confronting what makes the wilderness a place people avoid.

Each contract is a self-contained objective. Completing them is how you gain equipment and push further from the safety of the village.

EXPLORE A WORLD THAT DOES NOT WAIT FOR YOU

Travel on foot or on horseback through settlements and hostile wilderness, under changing weather and a full day and night cycle. Search for loot, find what the land hides, and recruit followers willing to leave the village with you.

AN ADULTS-ONLY EXPERIENCE

Valmora is an adults-only experience featuring full nudity and an interactive animation framework for lewd encounters between adult characters.

These interactions are not fixed narrative cutscenes. The player uses the framework directly to initiate and control animated encounters through its gameplay interface, which is what sets Valmora apart from games where adult content is something you watch rather than something you play.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Valmora is being built as a connected single-player adventure: character creation and progression, melee, ranged and stealth combat, contract-driven quests, horseback travel, crafting, followers, and an adult framework that is part of the game rather than bolted onto it.

The game is in active development. New content, systems and improvements are added as the project evolves, and feedback from players helps shape what we work on next. We plan to keep expanding the world, the contracts and the systems described above.
