Haunted Heist

OVERVIEW
Haunted Heist is a round-based asymmetrical party game for 3–8 players. A team of Heisters works together to retrieve gems scattered throughout a procedurally generated mansion—while a rival team of Tricksters haunts the halls, sabotaging their every move.
The Heisters must collect gems and return them to their safe room before time runs out. If they succeed, they win. If the timer expires, or they’re wiped out by the Tricksters’ antics and attacks, the mansion claims another crew.

THE HEISTERS
Heisters rely on teamwork, tools, and proximity chat to survive the mansion’s dangers. Armed with a handgun, flashlight, flares, and defibrillators, they must manage their battery, conserve ammo, and stay close to one another to avoid being picked off.
Powerups can restore resources, enhance equipment, or help navigate its winding halls. Smart coordination and steady nerves are essential—because the Tricksters are always watching.

THE TRICKSTERS
Tricksters thrive in the dark, using fear, deception, and sudden violence to keep the Heisters off-balance. Their arsenal includes night vision, player muting, voice swapping, disguises, invisibility, voice modulation, and the ability to strike from the shadows before vanishing again.
Each ability runs on cooldowns, rewarding clever timing and psychological pressure. A skilled Trickster mixes mind games with lethal ambushes, becoming an unpredictable and genuinely unsettling force of chaos.
