Chronicles of Nameless Heroes

An exciting adventure of the Guild of Nameless Heroes. Accepting what seems like a simple village request to slay a wild wolf terrorizing the locals, the guild sets out expecting nothing more than a routine hunt. But once the beast falls, the heroes uncover something far darker — a spreading plague in a nearby city. The dead begin to rise, and rumors speak of a witch who has seized the royal throne. Thus begin the Chronicles of the Nameless Heroes — a desperate journey across cursed lands where the last free adventurers fight to end the witch’s reign and free the kingdom from darkness.
Gameplay is built around dynamic 2D combat against relentless waves of enemies. The player controls only the character’s movement — attacks are performed automatically against the nearest target. The core focus is on positioning, dodging, and surviving under constantly increasing enemy pressure.
Each location is designed as a combat arena where you must endure several consecutive waves of monsters and defeat a final boss. With every wave, enemy density and difficulty increase, demanding sharper movement and smarter decision-making.
Defeating enemies grants experience. Upon leveling up, you are offered a choice between three random upgrades. These abilities enhance attacks, add piercing damage, allow you to hit multiple targets, improve defense, mobility, or other combat attributes. The combination of selected upgrades shapes a unique playstyle in every run.
Enemies also drop equipment. You can equip weapons, helmets, armor, and boots, each with its own stats. Equipment directly affects damage, attack speed, defense, evasion, and movement speed. Combining loot with chosen upgrades allows you to create different builds — from high-damage aggressive fighters to more resilient, survival-focused characters.
The gameplay loop centers on steadily increasing your character’s power within each expedition while progressing to new zones populated with more dangerous enemies and bosses. Every new location requires adapting your tactics and making more effective use of abilities and equipment.
