The exit is your final goal, once you've reached the exit you can escape the corridors and survive, however there's only a single exit, so finding it will be difficult, be prepared to fight hunger and thirst as well as the environment around you to survive.

The corridors, and everything in them are procedurely generated, meaning every time you press play you get a different set of corridors to explore. You'll never know what to expect. The exit could be near. it could be far. Their could be creatures lurking around every corner. It may be silent, the only thing you can hear is your own footsteps. Millions of different possible experiences.
