ICU Anomaly is a first-person psychological horror game about paying attention.
You start in the elevator of an abandoned hospital. Every floor looks the same: the same corridor, the same humming lights, the same empty ward. Until it doesn't.
Step out, look around, and decide:
Nothing changed? Press UP.
Spotted an anomaly? Press DOWN.
Get it right and you climb a floor. Get it wrong and you're back on floor 1. Reach floor 13 to escape.
