You are Johni, the newest hire at an office where the deadlines are real, the coworkers are complicated, and your next crush may be one conversation away.
Crushing on the Clock is a comedy dating/life sim that turns romance into a strategy game. Use each day to work, earn money, improve your mood, energy, and looks, shop for gifts and outfits, and learn what makes each person tick.
When you ask someone out, the date becomes a turn-based Rizz-Turn battle. Choose your moves carefully, read the person across from you, and try not to kill the mood.
YOUR 9-TO-5 IS ONLY THE BEGINNING
Talk with your coworkers, build affection, unlock phone numbers, exchange texts and calls, give gifts, and pursue five distinct office romance routes. (2 more romances in VayKay)
The wider cast has personalities, problems, friendships, and comedic storylines of their own. Every workday can open a new opportunity—or create a new disaster.
DATES ARE TURN-BASED BATTLES OF CHARM
Dating is more than selecting the nicest dialogue option.
During a Rizz-Turn date, choose actions such as Talk, Flirt, Brag, Joke and—if you have your looks up enough—Touch. Spend your Rizz wisely and choose moves that fit your date’s personality.
The work you do during the week determines the options you have when it matters most.
BUILD A LIFE WORTH DATING
Balance your job, money, mood, energy, and appearance while exploring life outside the office.
Work out, shop, buy gifts, discover new locations, play minigames, respond to unexpected calls and texts, unlock animated memories in your Photo Album, and fill your Achievement Room.
GET OFF THE CLOCK IN VAYKAY CITY
When vacation week arrives, leave the office behind and explore VayKay City.
Go fishing, enter a bike race, play fairground games, shop for souvenirs, and pursue two additional vacation romance arcs with Cheri and Riley.
What happens in VayKay City may follow you home, although Greg won't tell anyone how many times you passed out drunk.
