Emergency Rush

Welcome to the madness! Grab your friends (up to 4 players) and put on your doctor coats, but don’t expect anything normal. In Emergency Rush, you’re not fixing colds or broken bones. You’re dealing with patients with bizarre conditions, and treatments that make no sense… and that’s exactly why it’s fun!
Every level throws you into a new, chaotic scenario. You’ll face strange patients, and it will never be the same button-pressing routine. Expect constant surprises, new twists, and endless madness. Your mission? Keep them alive with equally absurd machines and treatments before everything spirals out of control.

ABSURD PATIENTS
Every patient is more than just a funny skin; they come with their own set of rules and problems. A vampire can’t handle sunlight, Frosty will literally freeze and shatter you if you hold them too long, and Trippy might distort your entire screen until you can’t even see straight. Each character is a puzzle on its own, forcing your team to adapt, communicate, and sometimes laugh at total failure.

OVERLOAD MECHANIC
Every treatment machine works… until it doesn’t. Once activated, a device runs normally for a few seconds, then it enters “overload” mode, and that’s when chaos explodes! You’ll need to pull the patients out of the machine in time, otherwise most of them simply will not survive the process. Timing is everything, and forgetting a patient for just a few seconds can turn the entire room upside down.

THEMED WORLDS
You won’t be stuck in one clinic. Each world introduces a new setting and new rules: a medieval castle where garlic is your best friend, a surreal journey inside the human body with strange cells as patients, or a futuristic circuit board full of malfunctioning chips. Every theme looks and feels different, keeping the game visually fresh and mechanically unpredictable.

ONLINE/LOCAL MULTIPLAYER
Designed to be played with friends. Two players means tight teamwork; four players means absolute madness. Everyone is yelling, passing items, dropping things, and trying not to get mauled by a raging patient. It’s the perfect mix of cooperation and chaos, where winning feels great but failing can be even more fun!

REPLAYABILITY
Each level is handcrafted with its own set of mechanics and challenges; nothing is random here. But finishing a level once is just the beginning. You can always dive back in to improve your performance, refine your teamwork, and push for a cleaner, faster, more chaotic-perfect run. Master every theme and prove you’re the best doctor in the madness!
