“CHANGji” is an original visual novel that blends Chinese horror with psychological storytelling.
A series of recurring nightmares becomes the spark that reveals the hidden side of a quiet town. The unease that lingers beneath ordinary life begins to surface, and every attempt to interpret the dream pulls at the loose threads of a forgotten history. As fragmented memories collide with reality, something buried in the city’s past seems ready to respond.
Players move between shifting dream sequences and real-world spaces, listening to voices that should have been silent, reconstructing scattered clues, and confronting the presence that dwells beneath the surface of the town. Inspired by urban legends and folk symbolism, the game combines a cool-toned visual style with immersive ambient sound to create an experience that is both familiar and unsettling.
Every choice influences the shape of the dream and the direction of fate, leading to multiple narrative paths and endings.
