A voodoo ritual went terribly wrong… and something now roams the halls of the mansion.
Enter Haunt Out, an asymmetrical 1v1 VR horror experience set in 1930s Louisiana. Face another player in a psychological duel where every sound, every shadow, and every decision can change the outcome of the hunt.
Play as the Voodoo Priest, an exorcist using ancient rituals, mystical traps, and spiritual magic to track down the spirit haunting the estate. Or become the Ghost, an elusive entity capable of walking through walls, vanishing into darkness, and manipulating the environment to break the seal keeping it trapped.
Explore a haunted colonial mansion fully designed for VR, filled with physical interactions, narrow corridors, interactive objects, and immersive gameplay mechanics. Every match becomes an intense confrontation between hunter and prey, strategy and instinct.
The Ghost must complete rituals and interact with the environment to gradually weaken the mansion’s seal. Invisible to the Priest, it still leaves supernatural traces behind. It can sprint through hallways, pass through walls, and temporarily disable protective talismans.
The Priest must investigate paranormal signs and use the voodoo scepter to reveal the Ghost’s presence. Place traps, activate capture rituals, and use spiritual light to trigger the final exorcism.
Driven by an atmosphere inspired by Louisiana folklore and voodoo legends, the game blends psychological tension, dark humor, and realistic art direction. The soundtrack draws inspiration from haunted house atmospheres and New Orleans jazz, mixing unsettling whispers with ethereal sounds to strengthen immersion.
