Develop Careers: Guide your artists through recording, promotion, tours, and public image management to build their brand and fanbase.

Manage Your Label: Handle finances, staff, and label reputation as you grow from an indie imprint to a full industry power.

Build Relationships: Navigate a living world of industry figures, rival labels, and real-world-inspired personalities.
