"Shenjing" is a historical mystery and adventure game set in the Ming Dynasty.
Starting in the Yongle era, the Ming Dynasty experienced a series of major historical events: the relocation of the capital, the consolidation of border defenses, the compilation of imperial edicts, the voyages to the West, and the dredging of the Grand Canal, ushering in the Yongle Prosperity. Amidst this historical upheaval, people in a mysterious mountain villa near Nanjing begin to face their own destinies... When memories return, the final choice is made. The game has only just begun when you recall all your past lives.

[Multiple Identity System]
In different chapters, you will experience the mysterious events faced by characters from different social classes across different eras of the Ming Dynasty. In each chapter, your identity may be completely different from the previous one, or it may be a continuation of the previous one. You will experience the emotional entanglements brought about by these different identities in each chapter, and the endings of each chapter collectively determine the final outcome you choose.

[Case Deduction Gameplay]
Each chapter of the game features meticulously planned murders. Whether you're trying to clear your name or find more clues to eliminate interference, you'll need to collect as many clues as possible to fully reconstruct the murder method and motive in each chapter.

[Solving the Mysteries]
Investigating cases to find your own identity memories only to discover it's a time-traveling trick involving identity swapping. The Eight Trigrams and the Nine Stars of Qimen Dunjia are tools to escape the predicament and get closer to the truth.

[More Interesting Features]
The Thought Palace System, Dual-Person Investigation, Mirage Pearl Resonance Mechanism, and Reincarnation Connections are key elements that drive the plot forward across all chapters.

The game incorporates several divination systems from traditional Chinese culture, including introductory interactive games such as tortoise shell divination, Qimen Dunjia, Bagua astrology, and the Five Elements theory.
