RAISE THE DEAD
Necroblobicon is a roguelike where the high-rolls come in the flavor of your own personalized death ball. Build up your squad with the soldiers, knights, bombers, and archers straight from the enemy roster. Yes, even bosses can join you. Each unit is individualized with their own randomly assigned traits and can be equipped with the right combination of gear to turn them into gods.
EVERY UNIT MATTERS
With dozens of different classes you can recruit into your party, building each unit out to serve a purpose is critical.
Need a tank?
How about a shield bearing knight that blocks attacks from the front and has gear that makes heals he receives chain to nearby allies?
Or what about a pikeman that has high dodge and heals himself automatically every time an enemy misses him?
Let's also throw in an assassin with gear that lets his ranged knives poison, weaken, and stun enemies he hits.
And hell. Why not add a couple archers with spreadshot and piercing arrows just to high-roll even harder?
HIGH-ROLL YOUR SPELLS
You can find dormant Spell Spirits throughout your run that pose a significant threat to your army.  If you're able to put down that spirit, you can also have it join your army casting a randomly rolled custom spell. So it's not just "Fireball," it's Fireball (Double Cast + Chaining + Piercing + Spreadshot).
ASCEND THE CASTLE
Traverse through a haunted forest, a fortified barracks, and a sinister courtyard until you reach the castle itself where your brother sits on the throne awaiting your attempt at vengeance.  Every room is hand-crafted with dozens of different challenging events and cursed altars to find.  No run will feel the same. Hit shops to grow your formation, tackle altars that throw curses, survival gauntlets, and enemy swarms at you in exchange for big rewards, and collect relics to provide your formation with life steal, venomous attacks, rotating flame orbs, and so much more.
