Rugby Management: School to Senior
This is a management simulation that bridges the gap between school rugby and the professional senior game. The world is populated by thousands of players who start their careers at age 16 in the school leagues and progress into the full senior system.
A Connected Ecosystem The game simulates a complete rugby career path. Players you see in school competitions today will be the free agents and transfer targets of tomorrow.
Scout: Find talent in the school leagues before they turn pro.
Develop: Track player progress over seasons as their attributes change.
Manage: Build squads that balance current ability with future potential.
Career Progression You choose where you fit into this world.
School Coach: Take charge of a school 1st XV and develop young talent.
Senior Manager: Jump straight into the top leagues with established clubs.
Unemployed: Start with no job and apply for open positions. The game uses an interview and prestige system—you must earn the reputation required for better jobs.
Tactics and Simulation You have full control over the technical side of the game. Matches are simulated live, allowing you to watch the action unfold through commentary and stats. Your decisions on zone defense, phase play, set-piece moves and team selection influence the result.
Customization The game features a fully open database structure. You can export league, team, and player data to CSV, edit the files externally, and import them back in to create your own custom game worlds.
