Stay in bed. Answer the phone. Tell the truth. Don't scream.
It's 3:33 in the morning and your phone is ringing.
Your wife and daughter died in the crash you caused. You never told anyone what you really did for a living. Tonight the dead are calling, and they want to hear you say it.
The first voice on the line already knows your name.
ANSWER WITH YOUR VOICE
Say your answers out loud into your mic, or click them. Speech is recognized offline, on your own PC.
Some calls need silence. "Don't make a sound. It's in the room with you." Your mic is listening. Make a noise and it knows where you sleep.
THE ROOM IS LISTENING
There's no honesty meter. The bedroom shows you. Tell the truth and the lamp glows warmer. Dodge the question and the dark creeps in. Things move when you look away.
And don't look under the bed.
TRY NOT TO SCREAM
With voice replies on, the caller can hear your room.
Talk to your chat and it asks who's there with you
Laugh and it asks if this is funny
Scream and it tells you to hush. Then something knocks under your bed
Say something early on. A minute later, your own voice comes back through the phone
Streaming? It notices, and asks how many are watching
Type your Twitch channel in Settings and the caller names someone in your chat. Read only, it never posts
Press F8 to save the last 20 seconds as a video
Your mic stays on your PC. Nothing it hears is uploaded.
