Joshua: Door to Dreams

Joshua: Door to Dreams is a touching pixel-style RPG where players take on the role of Joshua, an ill young boy facing an uncertain, high-risk surgery. Trapped in a limited body and filled with doubt about the future, Joshua discovers that in his dreams, he can once again become the brave, resilient, and curious boy he longs to be.
Players will venture through the jungles of humid tropical islands, scale the snow-capped peaks of towering mountains, uncover history in deep caverns, and witness the sunrise on the silent moon. Along the way, they will meet a variety of NPCs, gather plentiful items and weapons, and defeat formidable enemies.
After experiencing all this, Joshua realizes that every NPC in the dreamworld is a reflection of someone familiar in his real life. Players will use this revelation to help these characters resolve their inner struggles. Ultimately, Joshua rediscovers his truer self and finds the courage to confront his illness, deciding his own fate.
