You've got the graveyard shift at Edenway Market. Congratulations on your dead end job.
It's a quiet store. Not much to do, all things considered. Stock the empty shelves, mop the floors, clean the dirty bathrooms, check the coolers…just keep the place looking decent 'till morning. It's what you were hired to do, after all.
You're the only person working in this miserable excuse of a grocery store during the graveyard shift, and little mistakes have a way of becoming bigger problems…but don't worry about it. Just finish your work.
Clock in with Voidshift, a first-person psychological horror game in the summer of a vintage 1998. If you want to keep your job, completing all of your tasks before the end of the shift isn't the end of your worries. Something poisons the store, becoming more potent with each shift. It watches your every move, and with every mistake, it promises consequences.
The manager has made it clear that she will not hold your hand with any "mandatory training" nonsense; the only clear motion of objective is the task list in the break room. Despite this, you're expected to complete your nightly tasks in an inconsistent environment while pressure builds as you are haunted by threats you cannot describe. You feel like you are constantly being watched…but you refuse to let your paranoia take away your paycheck.
