Catriarch is a choice-driven card roguelike about ruling as a cat king in an abandoned building in a modern human city.
Each turn brings an event card and two choices. Your decisions change four core resources: Wealth, War, People, and the king’s Health. If any resource gets too low or too high, your reign ends.
Each reign is one run. When a king dies, a new one takes the throne, bringing new events, story paths, and endings to discover.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Meet your questionable court — from noble cats and foreign envoys to living nightmares and Death itself.
Earn the title you deserve. Your subjects have words for great kings. They have even more for terrible ones.
Dismiss nobles with a single royal paw swipe. They take their future events with them.
Die according to your mistakes. Go broke, lose your subjects, ruin your health, or let military power get out of hand — each kind of collapse has its own endings.
Earn achievements and break records. Every Catriarch deserves something to brag about.
Dead Catriarch? Crown the next one. The king is dead — long live the king.
