Alarial's Blessing is a turn-based RPG for mature audiences that brings fresh ideas to the JRPG genre. The game takes a modern approach to the 2D, top-down formula, but keeps the classic hand drawn animations. Gameplay has a heavy emphasis on story, exploration and combat.

Travel with Kal, Tyranel and Mina as they wander the land living the simple life of independent mercenaries. Move from town to town taking jobs, slaying monsters, searching unexplored locations and assisting eccentric clients.
During their time together, simple jobs begin to carry unexpected weight. Decisions linger. Relationships strain and strengthen. Small moments, acts of kindness and bouts of violence all leave their mark under the watchful eye of the goddess. Why has she taken such an interest?

Wander the continent of Vollun discovering its many secrets and rich lore. Travel through unique zones connected by a large, traversable overworld in the classic JRPG setup. Numerous forbidden relics and long hidden creatures await discovery by the bold and curious.

Acquire in-game maps of varying quality to help you navigate. Maps of unknown origin are just as likely to lead to danger as unclaimed treasure.

Alarial's Blessing features a unique, new combat system with challenging, turn-based fights. There are no random battles. Every fight is hand-crafted to bring a custom challenge. That means there are fewer fights, and standard fights are closer to mini-boss battles.
