The Plunge Of Sludge is a 2D bullet hell roguelite where you collect trinkets, weapons, and hats to conquer a dungeon and defeat THE KEEPER. You will fail and perish, but every attempt will be different and more chaotic than the last. Will you plunge?
Conquering this dungeon is your one and only goal. This is a four floor structure with each floor introducing new threats and challenges that you will need to overcome to achieve victory over this dungeon.
Each floor contains 16 randomly picked rooms from a pool of handcrafted levels with their own unique layouts and enemies. Fight through enemies, dodge bullets, and pick up items on the way to help you through your journey. At the end of each floor there is a boss waiting to challenge you.
This game features over 500+ items that will randomly appear as you journey through the dungeon. Each item has their role and collecting as much as you can is the only way to achieve victory.
Items' effects can vary, like giving you simple boosts to your stats like your HP and damage to summoning hundreds of bullets if you have the right item combinations.
Don't get too attached to your items, when you die you lose them all and start from scratch!
