Your management style directly shapes their growth, loyalty, and whether they stay or leave. Beyond improving gear and levels, you must keep an eye on morale, fatigue, and team chemistry. Recruitment: Browse résumés and conduct interviews at the tavern. Meet all kinds of adventurers—and yes, you might run into some "unexpected" oddballs.

Classes: Warriors, Mages, Rogues, Paladins, Druids, Hunters, Warlocks, Shamans, Priests—a wide range of classes at your disposal, each with skills you can combine to maximize their potential.

Stress System
