The Road Behind Us

Most survival games ask the question of how we survive.. this one wants you to ask something different; why?
Along your journey, you will meet many different characters. Some will matter more to the story than others, but all of them will play a part. What might seem like a simple fetch quest, will almost always end in some sort of moral dilemma, big or small. This makes you ask yourself what the best outcome is; and it wont always be so clear.

What makes this experience unique?
Urban Survival

Explore abandoned grocery stores, shops, skyscrapers, and many other POIs in a city environment. Each building you can enter will have a basement, first floor, suite, and a roof. The goal is to turn on the back up power in the basement, get the elevator working, and finally get access to a rooftop area, where base building is encouraged.
Play as Your Dog

Switch to your dog anytime, use them to scout, distract, or squeeze into areas you wouldn't be able to as a human.
Also, pet the dog! You wont start off with them, but finding your buddy will be one the first quests of the game. 

Mobile Bases

Drive a semi truck, build in the back of a trailer, and take your base with you. There will also be pick-up trucks with smaller trailers, and you can attach/detach trailers at runtime, allowing you to have different trailers for their own purposes. A semi trailer is the biggest and best mobile base you can get. Some buildings will also have loading docks you can back right into, allowing you to work on your trailer, in your home base.

Special Infected

Be weary of vents and ducts, as there's a very good chance a weeper is hiding in them. Weepers are nearly blind, but will be sensitive to your flashlight beam. A Higher brightness will stun them for longer, but once you have looked at them with the light on, they know you're there.

Smart Watch HUD

Your smart watch is one of the most important tools you will use. It is used for most information, including health, thirst, hunger, temperature, time, and vitamins. Expandable modules can be found in the world, allowing for the use of a compass, radio, storm watch, and other tools. 
Roadmap

This game is planned to be the first installment in a three part series, each one expanding on the world, and the systems already in place. Part one takes place in one city district, inspired by NYC. Each game after, will have a world bigger than the last. By the end of the series, you will be exploring an entire 1:1 scale city, out of your semi, with your friends and your dogs. 
The end goal is to get this game to a point where multiplayer is completely functional, where you can play with 4 players, and each have your own dog. The game will launch as a single player experience, but multiplayer will come in an update before part two.  We cannot wait to bring these games to the market.
