When Strata is unwittingly caught up in an international incident at Gering Village, she is forced to team up with border guard Leonel and escort a mysterious yet timid mage who calls herself Lamina to the capital city of Yukel. But as tensions rise between nations, they soon realize there’s more at play than they could have ever imagined. Joined by a band of unlikely allies, Strata sets out to unravel the secrets behind the conflict that has kept two nations at each other’s throats for decades. Can she prevent a new war from igniting after sixty years of fragile peace? Or will she, despite her best efforts, become the harbinger of the world’s destiny?
