About My Little MSP
My Little MSP is a 2D top-down IT management sim where you build and run a growing Managed Service Provider: an IT business that keeps other companies' tech running. Design your data center floor, rack and patch real hardware, juggle client contracts, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while your team handles day-to-day chaos.
Key Features
Build your infrastructure — place racks, install servers and switches, and expand your floor layout over time.
Patch with intention — create clean (or messy) cable routes in detailed patch panels with visual network feedback.
Manage real constraints — balance IOPS and throughput demand, avoid saturation, and prevent service degradation.
Run client operations — accept contracts, meet isolation requirements, and protect revenue by maintaining SLA performance.
Coordinate your staff — assign tasks, manage stamina and mood, and keep support workflows moving.
