System Overload

System Overload is an acrobatic 2D shooter about liberating your city from an oppressive robot government through the power of wicked guns, stylish parries, and pure unadulterated hatred.

Play as the silent yet sassy redhead, Vicky, as she climbs her way up the towering city of Helios - where the rich bathe in the sun, and the poor suffocate in the shadow.

Your parry is your ride or die. Use it to reload your gun, refresh your movement abilities mid-air, deflect bullets, and heal yourself.

You are an acrobatic demon. Utilize your many movement abilities to get the upper hand on robot scum. Wouldn't you be scared too if someone backflipped toward you with a double barrel shotgun?

Synergize your arsenal of reality-defying guns. Each gun has unique abilities that make them special outside of their traditional "stats". Combine their traits together to create deadly combinations. 

FREE THE PEOPLE
Explore a diverse city. From the grimy graffiti-laced walls of THE WASTE, to the mountainous art-deco skyscrapers of THE LIGHT, you will barrel through the many unique boroughs of the city.

Chain one robot death to another. Fight the many different enemies that will try to stop you on your way to freedom. There'll be many ways to keep the momentum flowing during combat, allowing you to go on rampages of electrical fatalities.

Kill the oppressors. Debilitate the robot government's influence by defeating a multitude of unique bosses with "interesting" personalities.
