As usable organs have begun to run dry, the sinister Church of the Beating Heart has begun to experiment with bodies that can regenerate. Victim of the church's experiments, you are able to take organs and use them as your own. Rip organs from the church's enforcers and make sure that no one else is able to suffer the life of a flesh machine.
