THE WORLD DOES NOT STAND STILL
Some regions can gain independence during your career. A new country does not join world football by default. Football recognition has its own rules.
New borders can change which national team a player can join. The map you start with may not be the map you finish with.
BOOMS, RECESSIONS, AND NEW FORTUNES
Each region has its own path. Its people and wealth can grow at different rates. Booms, slowdowns, and recessions change the money moving through football.
An old deal can keep its fixed terms. A new deal must face the market as it is now. Your plans have to face an economy that keeps changing.
POWER IS SHARED
Choose where you lead. Each role comes with its own powers and limits.
Club Director: Shape signings, contracts, staff, and the club's football plan.
Club Owner: Set the club's goals, budget, and leaders.
Federation Executive: Handle issues that reach beyond one club.
First Team Manager: Lead the team, prepare for matches, and answer for results.
You may need another person's approval. At times, you must live with a choice you did not make.
CONSPIRACIES, CRIME, AND THE LAW
Plots, bribes, and fixed matches can draw people and football bodies into trouble. Lawsuits and criminal cases can reach beyond one club. Some stories take more than one event to unfold.
A scandal can affect a person, a club, or the wider game. Your role shapes which choices you can make when a case reaches you.
PEOPLE HAVE LIVES BEYOND FOOTBALL
A season can change a person's life for reasons far beyond form. People may face family events, deaths and grief, substance abuse, or mental health struggles. Lawsuits and criminal cases can also affect their lives and careers.
The Recovery-safe and Trauma-safe modes filter some hard topics. They change what you see, not the facts your save needs to keep.
YOUR CHOICES HAVE A HISTORY
Other people have careers of their own. Some move from playing into staff roles. Your past choices can return in later events, even after seasons have passed.
Your story becomes part of the world's history. It is never the only story.
