The Basics
Sylvie’s Bar: Help Wanted! is a management sim with visual novel elements where you take on the role of an assistant manager, tasked by the organization CHIMERA to restore the failing club.
The club looks prim and proper from the outside, but the numbers tell a different story. Money is tight, the staff needs direction, and the intimidating owner isn't exactly eager to admit she needs help.
Your job is simple: get the business back on its feet.
Manage Your Staff
Build a team of monster girl workers, each with her own strengths, weaknesses, personality, and specialties. Decide who works each night and assign your staff to different areas of the bar based on their abilities.
Workers gain experience as they work, allowing them to grow more capable over time. Keep an eye on their condition, though—overworked employees won't be much help to anyone.
Run the Bar
Every night is a balancing act. Assign workers where they'll perform best, serve different types of customers, manage fatigue, and try to make as much money as possible without running your staff ragged.
Use your profits to purchase items and permanent upgrades that improve the business and give you new ways to manage your nightly operations.
Restore a Failing Business
Your performance is measured week by week. Earn money, improve the bar, expand your roster, and work toward turning Sylvie's struggling business into the success it has the potential to be.
