Core Features:
Manage Investor Funds: You don’t start with infinite money. Raise capital from institutional investors to launch your funds. Your goal is to buy companies, grow them, and sell them to return real cash to your investors. Earn your management fees to keep the lights on, but the real wealth comes from your performance bonus (Carried Interest) on successful exits.

Scout for the Perfect Deal: Set up specific parameters for your analysts to find undervalued businesses. Review anonymous "blind teasers" and sign NDAs to reveal their true financial metrics. Conduct deep due diligence to uncover hidden debts and operational flaws before you write the check.

Master Leveraged Buyouts: Use a mix of your fund's cash and bank loans (leverage) to acquire targets. Debt boosts your potential returns, but it increases your risk. If the company fails to generate enough cash to pay the interest, the bank will step in, and a debt spiral is imminent.
