Ceniza - Tower Defense

The machines are coming for your cores. You decide how they get there.

CENIZA is a 3D tower defense where building the route matters as much as choosing your weapons. Use the terrain, combine towers and recover stolen cores before they leave the map.

A voice breaks through the intercom. Her name is NARA. She needs your help, and she seems to be the only person still out there. Until someone else recognises your signal.

Fight through six chapters of 60 waves each, across battlefields that change as you play. Helicopter core transfers, retractable bridges, shifting gates and new rules force you to rethink your defenses. Radio conversations and cinematics tell the story of the machines that were supposed to protect us.

Full voice acting, subtitles and interface in English and Spanish. Choose Normal for extra credits, or take on Hard. The campaign saves your progress locally so you can return to your latest checkpoint.

Each platform has limited building areas, structures and narrow passages. Place blockers on eligible tiles to lengthen the route while keeping a path open. One well-placed bend can buy your towers the seconds they need.

Seven tower families. Three upgrade levels each. Combine electricity, ice, missiles, fire and artillery. Balance range, damage and coverage against shields, armour and bosses that can tear your defenses apart. Invest in a refinery for income, or deploy repair robots from a hangar to keep damaged towers fighting.

Reaching the base is only half the attack. Enemies steal cores and head back to the exit. Destroy a carrier to recover its cargo, then protect the returning cores: another machine can grab them on the way.

Between campaign waves, a chip roll can change your plans. Rewards grant temporary advantages for the next assault, but hacked chips bring trouble.

Legendary rewards can give you abilities to trigger yourself: launch a huge missile, bomb a line across the map, freeze enemies for six seconds or strip away their shields. Choose your moment. Chips are earned by playing, never bought with real money.

Custom Game lets you take on the classic 100-wave challenge or combine compatible mod maps and game modes. These sessions do not use the campaign save; individual mods can provide their own saving system.

The Mod SDK is included, with documentation, templates, examples and validation tools. Add maps, towers, enemies, bosses, waves, game modes and your own campaigns. Use code to create menus and change behaviours, too. Publish your creations to Steam Workshop from inside the game.

CENIZA was made with AI tools and human direction. The SDK is also designed to work with assistants that can write code and build models in Blender. Use them or make everything by hand: no AI account or subscription is needed to play or create mods.
