Fast, Brutal, and Tactical
Forget clunky menus. In Hex & Vex, positioning is everything. Combat triggers the moment you step next to an enemy. Success isn't just about stats; it’s about Dice Combat. Start with basic dice, then manipulate luck and stack rolls to unleash massive combos. Feeling surrounded? Skip your turn to charge up a devastating 360-degree shockwave.
The Arena is Your Weapon
Use the environment to your advantage. Every strike deals Knockback, allowing you to slam enemies into walls, into each other, or straight into lethal floor spikes. But stay sharp—the procedural arenas expand as you level up, and the very ground beneath your feet can crumble or shift at any moment.
Evolve or Perish
To survive the relentless AI—from zone-denying bombers to rhythmic casters—you must evolve. Between levels, visit the shop to buy Biological Augmentations. Create game-breaking synergies and passive builds that bend the rules of the arena.
The Boss Challenge
At the end of every cycle, the rules change. Face gargantuan Bosses with unbreakable shields, map-wide lightning strikes, and endless minions. Only the most clever use of the hex grid will see you through.
