You wake up inside a mysterious laboratory after a leak involving XPT-120, an experimental virus capable of causing powerful hallucinations and mutations.
Your goal is simple: survive and find a way out.
But the further you go, the more your perception of reality begins to deteriorate.

Rooms can change, environments can transform, and some apparitions may become impossible to distinguish from reality.
You will sometimes have to understand your surroundings in order to progress, while avoiding the creatures hunting you.
