Mechgrave Overdrive

Mechgrave Overdrive is a sci-fi arena shooter focused on mech combat, survival, extraction, and persistent progression.

You pilot a combat mech into hostile arena missions where the main objective is to survive, destroy enemy units, collect resources, and extract before the situation becomes impossible to control. Each run is built around risk management: stay longer to gather more materials and credits, or call the extraction and secure what you have earned.

Between missions, collected resources can be used in the hangar to improve your combat capabilities. Players can manage their loadout, install weapons, craft upgrades from technical schematics, and prepare their mech for the next deployment.

The current Early Access version includes the core gameplay loop:
- Arena-based mech combat
- Enemy encounters and survival-focused missions
- Resource and credit collection during runs
- Extraction mechanics
- A hangar where the player prepares for the next mission
- Weapon installation and loadout management
- Crafting and upgrade systems based on collected materials and schematics
- Persistent progression between successful runs

The game is designed around fast combat, tactical retreat decisions, and long-term mech customization. Each mission pushes the player to decide how much risk to take before extracting.
