Every turn gives you limited political capital, limited resources and far more problems than you can solve.
Raise taxes or cut spending. Invest in healthcare, defence, policing, welfare, education and infrastructure. Respond to crises before they spiral out of control. Keep voters on side, manage your government, protect national stability and watch for the warning signs of unrest, political collapse or even a coup.
