The age of the samurai is ending. Revolvers, rifles, and foreign influence are reshaping the country. For those willing to kill for coin, the collapse of an era is an opportunity.
You are a wandering ronin gunslinger, taking contracts across a violent frontier where katanas clash with Colt revolvers and every encounter can end in seconds.
Clear buildings room by room, lean around corners, challenge enemies to deadly quickdraw duels, and fight your way through gangs, rogue swordsmen, government forces, and legendary warriors. Precision matters. Every shot goes exactly where you aim. Every mistake can be fatal.
Inspired by tactical shooters and classic samurai cinema, The Ronin combines close-quarters gunfighting, lightning-fast duels, and lethal sword combat in a unique vision of Meiji Japan.
