You have undoubtedly become aware of the recent and significant increase in lethal paranormal activity.
These entities, classified by upper management as "Visitants", have prompted the formation of SPECTRE: Specialized Paranormal Elimination and Containment Taskforce for Research and Enforcement.

Visitants are missing a critical piece of information regarding their own death, but what? It's up to you to find out.

Each Visitant lacks awareness of one of these elements. Search the location and communicate with the Visitant to gather evidence and contain it.

The Visitants are quickly spreading, forcing our contractors to be prepared to contain them across a wide variety of locations.

Hunt - and be hunted - across a wide range of detailed environments. From familiar suburban homes to run-down cathedrals, and eerie shadowed woods.

Hire and manage a roster of S.P.E.C.T.R.E. contractors and select one to play as during your next ghost hunting contract. Each hunter can be leveled up and earn/equip tarot cards individually, but they're expendable.

SPECTRE researchers provide, for a cost, a wide range of tools for contractors in the field.
Earn management’s trust, and they may grant you access to more advanced equipment.
Unlock tools as you complete contracts that improves your ability to collect evidence and avoid Visitants.

In order to combat the Visitants, SPECTRE has authorised the use of Tarot cards to enhance a contractor’s capabilities.

Discover and bind up to 78 unique Tarot cards, each offering either subtle passive bonuses or powerful, game-altering effects.

Visitants are given a small deck of randomized flipped tarot cards, each granting it unique abilities with nearly 100 it can pick from. The contract will display its deck so you can plan accordingly with your own deck and tools.

It does more than just listen, it remembers. It'll remember what you say and where you hide. It can lay traps, rip doors apart, move aside barriers, and play tricks on you.

We warn contractors against petty name calling or unnecessarily aggressive interactions against Visitants, they tend to hold grudges...
