Idle Agency is a single-player game about collecting heroes, building teams and growing at your own pace. Recruit companions and place them on a 4×4 board, then watch them fight automatically. When a battle gets tough, change a position, add a support hero or swap some equipment—and try again.

Turn your favorite heroes into team regulars.
Explore each hero's skills, class and growth path. Balance damage, frontline protection and healing. Levels, ranks, mastery and signature equipment give your companions room to grow. Some heroes also have animated portraits.

One team, plenty of ways to play.
Rows, class synergies, formations and morale all shape a battle. Use the recommended lineup to get started, or adjust each position yourself. Battle details help you see how your damage dealers and supports performed.

Find the right equipment for each companion.
Collect materials and choose blueprints to forge weapons, armor and accessories. Compare quality and affixes, equip your heroes, then explore runes, breakthroughs and signature gear to refine the build.

Let the agency grow at your pace.
Build resource facilities, research Academy upgrades, and arrange commissions and farming. Agency production accumulates while you are offline. Come back, collect your resources and prepare for another challenge. Item cards explain what materials do and where to find them.

Meet your team's guardian spirits.
Hatch spirit eggs and raise companions with different bonuses and combat echoes. Feed them spare equipment, improve their levels and spirit grades, and choose or reroll glyphs to make them part of your team build.

Take your team further.
Advance through the campaign and challenge bosses. Your first victory over a recruitable boss brings that hero into the agency. The full game also includes the Trial Tower: choose blessings and routes, climb higher and collect legendary equipment. Unlock automatic climbing to keep going with your chosen strategy.
