The Lament is a psychological folk-horror adventure centered on investigation, exploration, environmental puzzles, and survival. Rooms, objects, pathways, and entire environments can change as reality shifts around Elena. Encounter impossible spaces, environmental loops, and echoes of other times as you learn how San Sombra's fractured reality behaves.
Endure the Unnatural
Exposure to supernatural forces affects Elena's psyche. As it deteriorates, strange events can occur, and complete psychological breakdown can end her attempt much like death. Dangerous encounters may require Elena to evade threats, remain unseen, or find another path forward.
