Years after the closure of Vefa Health Center, the abandoned hospital still hides unexplained deaths, missing patient files, and unfinished investigations. Official reports claim the facility was shut down due to technical reasons, yet rumors about what truly happened inside have never disappeared.

MUSKA is an atmospheric Short Horror Game and psychological horror experience inspired by Turkish paranormal folklore, black magic, and ancient supernatural beliefs.
As you explore the abandoned hospital, you will examine patient reports, forgotten newspapers, security records, and audio recordings left behind by the late Dr. Emir, slowly uncovering the horrifying truth hidden within its walls.
At first, everything appears to be psychological.
Insomnia.
Hallucinations.
Broken minds.
But as you progress, you begin to realize that something far darker is at work.
Scattered throughout the hospital are seven mysterious amulets.
They appear to be your only hope.
Each one brings you closer to the truth...
Or so you believe.
