KeyPet uses local keyboard input events only to trigger desktop character animations. It does not record, store, transmit, or analyze the text you type.
KeyPet is a pixel-art desktop companion game for Windows. Your characters stay on your desktop, react to your typing, and give small animated responses while you work, write, or browse.
Current features include:
• Pixel characters that live on your desktop
• Typing-driven action feedback
• Character unlocks and a gallery
• Two-character idle pairing
• Tray controls and basic window behavior
During Early Access, KeyPet will continue improving character behavior, performance, interaction feedback, and future content. Player feedback will help shape pacing, unlocks, and long-term desktop comfort.
Privacy note: KeyPet listens for local keyboard input events to trigger character animations. It does not record, store, or upload the text you type.
