The same spell becomes a completely different weapon depending on which engravings you carve, and in what order.

Every engraving demands a price — choose carefully. What's carved cannot be undone.

Enemies don't wander alone. They come in packs — touch one, and the whole pack answers.

Buffed elites hide among them. The ones with names like "Gale-force Giant Steel" are not to be taken lightly.

Read the elite's buffs and decide which pack to break first — that judgment is how you survive.

Clear the arena, step through the portal, descend into a deeper one.

The deeper you go, the stronger the enemies — and the more engravings the elites carry.
