UltraCrack is a free-to-play word puzzle about a wall of letters sliding down toward the CRACK line. Spell real words with ANY letters on the board (no paths, no rows) and they pop right out of the wall. But every word you play also pushes the wall one row closer, so choose your words wisely and clear the board before it cracks!

Type a word on your keyboard (or click the keys on screen) and its letters burst out of the wall, wherever they are. Long words earn big praise and fill the A+ meter: every 3 letters you pop bank one extra letter, which you can spend to drop any letter you need onto the board. Every word also pushes the wall down one row, so plan ahead: clear the board before the wall hits the CRACK line!

Travel a map of 100 levels, each with a goal bar to fill and up to 3 stars to earn. New gimmicks join along the way: Bombs that blast every tile around them, Crates you have to break before they reach the CRACK, Gifts with free letters, Stars that boost your goal, the Double Push, the Ticking Wall, Long Words and the Heavy Wall. Beat level 100 to unlock the Ultra modes.

Win the Daily, earn Campaign stars and beat the Ultra Daily to collect gold, then spend it in the Shop. Take up to 4 power-ups into a game and play them with the keys 1 to 4: an Extra Letter, Shuffle (shuffles every letter on the board), Bottom Pop, Vowel Drop (turns a consonant into a vowel), Top Refill and Time Freeze for the timed modes. A new deal goes on sale every day.

Make the game yours with a growing collection of backgrounds, from Golden Hour and Purple Haze to the animated Synthwave, Deep Sea and Letter Rain. Swap the skull for a pet like Crack-chan, who cheers your big words, sulks when the wall wins and chatters when you poke her, or for her gloomy twin Chaos Crack-chan. Then pick a cursor skin, from a pencil to a magic wand, each with its own click move and sound.

Want more pressure? The optional Timed Modes DLC adds Timed Crack (the Daily board, but a timer keeps pushing the wall down) and Timed Endless. It is the only paid part of UltraCrack: everything else is free.
