An entire pharmacy. Over 12,000 items. Your own way to sort them. Built around original game assets and hundreds of distinct products, Big Bad Pharma turns one enormous mess into a satisfying first-person organising project. Plan your shelves, earn upgrades, and put away just one more box.

Walk into a pharmacy full of empty shelves and thousands of products scattered across the floor. Your job is to put them away.
Big Bad Pharma is a first-person sorting game for people who enjoy settling into a task and seeing it slowly come together. Pick up a handful of products, find their section and start filling the shelves. A patch of clear floor becomes a clear aisle. A few boxes become a finished shelf. You were going to stop ten minutes ago.

BBP was built to have a personality of its own, with original game assets created for the project and a deliberately enormous amount of stock. There are 363 distinct products and 12,792 individual items in this pharmacy: different boxes, bottles and packs to recognise, group and find room for.
The scale changes how you approach the task. You are organising a whole shop over time, choosing where to start, learning its categories and watching your own system take shape. The pharmacy setting, familiar medicine names, fictional brands and little visual jokes give that big sorting project its own character.

Work through one category at a time, gather matching products into piles, or see what turns up in the next armful. Medicines, skincare, snacks and other pharmacy essentials all need a home.
Colour-coded symbols help you find the right category. Within those sections, you decide how to arrange your stock. Products take up different amounts of shelf space, so there is some planning to do: check the catalogue, look at the item and shelf counts, and leave room for the rest of the batch.

Stocking earns money. Visit the pharmacy's old-school PC to buy upgrades, carry more and move faster. Unlock Magnet Grab to collect more of the item you are holding, Sort Items to organise your handful, Auto Shelve to put stock away, and Teleport to help you get to a shelf. Or take on the task by hand if that is how you like to play.
There is still plenty to organise as you improve. This is a substantial tidy-up to return to over several sessions, with your shelves gradually taking shape around you.

Recognise a medicine you have seen before, spot a suspiciously familiar product name, and enjoy the little jokes around the shop. BBP mixes real medicine names with fictional shop brands in a simple, colourful pharmacy made by a solo developer.
There are no customers to serve. Put some music on, choose a section and get comfortable.

All 3D assets are my own (hence why I kept it very basic). All textures and decals in game are made by me (you may see where I've struggled in places).
