THE LOOP
Every descent will make you stronger. Every return home will strengthen or weaken the bonds you’ve made with the people who await your return. A turn-based roguelite dungeon crawler about plunging ever deeper into mysterious dungeons below- yet nevertheless always returning home. The Camp and the Town. Train with Ironwake’s fellow inhabitants, best them in games, bring home gifts from your journey and take on their quests. Their friendship will earn you new services, secret stock and stories. Neglect or betray them, your bond will fracture.

A BELOVED COMPANION
Find strange and wondrous eggs and creatures. Feed them and tend to them, bond and grow. Foster corrupted pets as your own peril or cleanse them if you so choose. They can fight beside you, attacking targets, bless your fortunes for grander treasure- or even jump in the way and take the hit! Just be careful, as just like you, your companion may suffer injuries or worse...
COMBAT
The sequence is everything. A tight 3 ‘action point’ economy requires precision and foresight. Expose and weaken your enemies and set up stacked status and attacks. Read the enemies intent and respond accordingly, commit to victory or failure. The elements are yours to master, eight schools of elemental magic within three classes. The roles and variety of weapons impact how every turn is played. Your choices, your opportunities, and your limitations.

THE DUNGEON
Procedurally built floors with branching paths change the course of each run. Collect boons, suffer curses, gain stats and uncover treasure. Don't forget the townsfolk offer ever changing requests on the tavern board.

LOOT
The dungeons run ever deep, and so will your plunder. Wield an immense variety of weapons and armor, rings and amulets! Pray your luck is strong (as you will definitely find an amazing weapon you can't use). Weapons and armor can be customized with runes and sockets. Legendaries and cursed relics await you. Fill out the item codex, review your vast collection, and keep track of all of your discoveries. Indulge the services of your townsmen, between adventures: reforge, fuse potions or chance it all away.

THE LONG GAME
Permanently progress your character. There are endless levels of the difficulty to best, try to break the game. Become profound.  Unlock skins, portraits, spell effects, and raise a garden of creatures.
