ABOUT THIS GAME
Welcome to the factory. Meet your quota, follow the rules, and don't ask questions. And if you decide to escape, whatever you do, don't get caught by the robot overseer.
P.R.O.E.B. is a chaotic physics-based co-op game for 2–4 players about overworked factory employees trying to escape a dystopian industrial nightmare. Work together, explore procedurally generated factory floors, search for keycards, mess with the machinery, and use whatever you can get your hands on. Just keep an eye on the overseer. It has a very different idea of how your shift should go.

WORK HARD. GET PAID. STAY ALIVE.
Clock in, operate machinery, haul parts, and do your best to meet the ever-increasing production quota. Keep an eye on your stamina: when you're exhausted, even the simplest task becomes a struggle.
Need to keep going? Grab an energy drink, light a cigarette, or take a swig of moonshine. Whatever gets you through another shift. The factory doesn't care how you feel.

OR MAKE A MESS
Who said you actually have to do your job?
Sabotage production, break equipment, mess with the machinery, and use your tools to fight back against the robots. Experiment with the environment, distract your overseer, and find your own ridiculous ways to turn a routine shift into total chaos.
Not every tool is meant for working. Not every task is worth completing. And sometimes riding a shopping cart is the most productive thing you can do.

FIND A WAY OUT
Explore procedurally generated factory floors, search for keycards, and find a way to the exit. Every shift brings new challenges, dangerous machinery, and another chance to get on your overseer's bad side.
Work together, watch each other's backs, and figure out how to survive as the production quotas keep rising. Fail to meet the target, and the factory enters emergency mode. That's when the overseer gets serious about discipline.
And don't get too comfortable. The robots watching you won't always be the same.

DEATH IS JUST ANOTHER SHIFT
Dead? Great. You're still on the clock.
In P.R.O.E.B., death doesn't mean sitting around waiting for your friends to finish. Return as a ghost and decide what kind of coworker you want to be. Help your team escape, distract the overseer, scare your friends, or make their already miserable shift even worse.
Be their guardian angel. Be their worst nightmare. Either way, you're not getting the day off.

LOOK THE PART
Even a miserable factory worker deserves some style. Mix and match available clothing items to create your own look and become the most fashionable employee on the production line.
The shift might end in disaster. Your outfit doesn't have to.
