Yorkfield is sick. Its people are dying, the woods are watching, and something in the dark has learned to speak with your friends’ voices.
Malpractice is a 1–4 player online co-op survival horror game where you and your fellow plague doctors enter a cursed village to treat its afflicted residents before the Leshy claims everyone left behind.
Every run is a fight to keep the team alive long enough to finish the cure.
Diagnose. Gather. Treat. Escape.
Search the village and surrounding woods for the tools needed to save its people. Identify each patient’s illness through in-world interaction, find the correct treatment, and work together to keep the medical effort moving while danger closes in.
Supplies are limited. Your lantern will not burn forever. Stamina matters when it is time to run, fight, or rescue a teammate.
The forest is listening.
The Leshy does not simply chase you. It stalks, watches, hunts, and separates the group. Listen closely to footsteps, distant sounds, and voices in the dark—because not every call for help comes from a friend.
Use positional audio to track threats and teammates, but never assume that what you hear is safe.
Leave no one behind.
A captured teammate can still be saved, but every rescue costs time and safety. Defend one another, manage the panic, and decide when to risk going deeper into the dark.
Treat every patient to unlock the escape route. Then make it to the dock, board the boat, and hope the surviving doctors can leave Yorkfield behind.
