Early Access
False Fortune is entering Early Access with its prologue (Act 0) and first major rebuilding chapter (Act 1) as the development focus. The opening arc establishes Adrian's fall, release, legal and financial pressure, phone and media systems, evidence gathering, dialogue choices, travel between authored locations, and the first steps toward rebuilding his income and access.
Development will expand the story, deepen existing systems, and add further hubs, businesses, properties, relationships, activities, and long-term consequences on the road to full release. The goal is not a sprawling empty world, but a dense authored CRPG in which locations, people, and systems react to Adrian's decisions.
Rebuild Your Life and Fortune
Recover assets and build a portfolio of apartments, villas, estates, penthouses, safehouses, vehicles, boats, and yachts. Select a main residence, hire staff and security, store evidence, invite people into Adrian's private life, and decide what the rebuilt fortune is for.
Travel and ownership are tied to access. A home can become a refuge or liability; a vehicle can open a meeting; a yacht can create business, social, and story opportunities.

Own and Manage Businesses
Build a portfolio that can include nightclubs, garages, vineyards, hotels, yacht-charter companies, concierge services, fashion ventures, event companies, and security firms.
Businesses are designed as story engines, not passive-income menus. Hire, fire, promote, protect, pressure, or betray named managers and workers. Staff loyalty and competence can affect revenue, risk, rumors, legal exposure, access, evidence, and quest outcomes.

Build Relationships With Consequences
Meet twelve planned romance routes with distinct personalities, careers, values, personal stories, and connections to the world. Go on dates, exchange messages, attend events, travel together, and decide whether a relationship becomes casual, exclusive, committed, or something more permanent.
Relationships react to Adrian's morality, businesses, reputation, loyalty, and public scandals. Some may progress through proposals, wedding planning, marriage, shared residence, and married-life scenes. Others may end in jealousy, betrayal, separation, breakup, or divorce.

Live Beyond the Investigation
Move through legal offices, hotels, cafés, clubs, villas, private events, coastal retreats, and life at sea. Spend time with friends and family, accept or ignore invitations, and experience quieter moments between major confrontations.
Texts, calls, news reports, rumors, and social media connect Adrian's public image to his private decisions. Wealth can create access, but it also creates visibility, obligation, and new ways to lose control.

Follow the Money
Investigate shell companies, frozen assets, altered records, hidden ownership, and the people who profited from Adrian's fall. Build a clean legal case with admissible evidence, work with fixers to obtain dangerous leverage, influence public opinion, or combine methods when one route is not enough.
